Is this space a fit for you?
-
You’re an individual, couple, or partner system wanting better communication, understanding, and emotional connection
You’re looking for a trauma-aware, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and polyamory-competent therapist
You feel stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore and want guided support to shift them
You’re ready to explore your emotions with curiosity
You’re a therapist who wants supportive, grounded EFT supervision/consultation
-
You’re seeking quick tips without wanting to look at emotional and communication patterns
You’re hoping someone “fixes” your partner rather than exploring the relationship system together
There is active violence, coercive control, or untreated addiction in the relationship
You need crisis or emergency services
You are looking for licensure supervision in Tennessee
You want teletherapy but are not physically in Tennessee during sessions
-
I provide teletherapy to individuals, couples, and partner systems who are physically located in Tennessee at the time of each session.
This is a requirement of Tennessee licensure laws and ensures ethical, legal practice.I work with traditional, non-traditional, LGBTQIA+, and polyamorous relationship systems.
Partners must be in the same physical location for teletherapy sessions. This is my clinical boundary based on attachment science and relational safety.
For Tennessee clients who travel briefly (vacation, unavoidable travel), I may continue care when appropriate for continuity-of-care, consistent with TN practice guidelines.
-
For therapy clients, I typically meet weekly or twice a month at a regularly scheduled time.
This rhythm supports momentum, emotional safety, and consistent relational work. For therapists seeking EFT supervision/consultation, I offer professional consultation (non-licensure) at a rate of $195 per hour, or $100 per person for dyads.
Supervisees are expected to bring session recordings regularly, per ICEEFT standards.
-
My practice is open Tuesday through Thursday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Central.
I do not offer evening or weekend therapy sessions and I do not provide crisis or emergency services.Intensives are scheduled outside these hours as needed, and may include extended sessions, half-day, or full-day offerings.
