If you become a therapy or consultation client:
All protected health information (PHI) is stored exclusively within SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
No PHI is collected, stored, or transmitted through this public website.
Website contact forms are not HIPAA-compliant, so please do not include sensitive clinical information in your initial inquiry.
Once you become a client, all communication will take place through secure, encrypted channels.
Email Communication
Emails you send to me through the Site or directly to my email address are not encrypted. Please do not include personal, diagnostic, or crisis-related information in email correspondence.
Clients will receive a secure messaging option through SimplePractice once established care begins.
Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used to protect your information.

Telehealth & Jurisdiction
Therapy services are provided only to individuals or partners physically located in Tennessee at the time of service, in accordance with Tennessee LMFT licensure law.
Couple/partner clients must be in the same physical location during telehealth sessions, in alignment with my clinical boundaries and EFT best practices.
Clinicians seeking EFT supervision/consultation may reside anywhere, but consultation does not establish a therapy relationship nor substitute for licensure supervision.
Children’s Privacy
This Site is not intended for children under 18.
No information is knowingly collected from minors.
