What Is a Private Intensive?
Private intensives are deep-dive, customized healing experiences. Instead of spreading your healing over months of weekly sessions, we work together in one immersive container—crafted for clarity, movement, and sacred realignment.
These are not “more therapy.” These are containers to enter deep transformative and aligning work.

Each intensive is fully customized. It may include:
Tools for mapping, deepening, and integration
Attachment-focused emotional work (EFT-informed)
Somatic resourcing and nervous system integration
Shame healing, inner child work, and soul alignment
Partner work (if relational), self-of-therapist work (if professional), or identity reconnection (if personal)

A pre-intensive consult + prep session
A post-intensive integration session (within 30 days)
Optional written summary or reflection packet
Referrals, tools, and next steps tailored to your journey
