Private Intensives for Individuals and Partners
Focused, evidence-based support for people who want meaningful movement in a shorter period of time.
Available in person in Nashville,Tennessee or via Zoom for clients Worldwide
What is an Intensive?
Intensives are extended therapy sessions designed to help you make focused, efficient progress on long-standing emotional or relational patterns. Instead of spreading work over multiple months, we meet for a concentrated period of time to go deeper into the places that need clarity, healing, or reconnection.
These are an evidence-based extension of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), offered in a format that allows more uninterrupted time for depth, safety, and movement.
Intensives are not a replacement for ongoing therapy. They are a structured, ethical, clinically guided experience appropriate for clients who:
Already have coping stability
Are able to regulate enough to engage in deeper work
Are not in crisis or acute mental health instability
Who Are Intensives For?
Intensives may be a good fit if you:
Want focused time to understand and shift long-term patterns
Feel stuck repeating the same emotional or relational loops
Are navigating burnout, shame, disconnection, or relationship distress
Have done previous therapy and want more concentrated support
Are a healer, therapist, helping professional, or leader who needs a space to do your own process work
For couples and partners, intensives can support deeper understanding of your cycle, increase emotional safety, and help you reconnect with clarity and intention.

Why Work With Me
I bring over a decade of clinical experience as a licensed marriage and family therapist, AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and ICEEFT-certified EFT therapist, supervisor, and trainer. My work is grounded in attachment science, relational ethics, nervous system regulation, and the principles of deep emotional processing.
People often tell me they feel both safe and deeply seen in the work — that they can access parts of themselves they’ve struggled to reach on their own.
My role is not to push you, fix you, or tell you who to be.
My role is to create a steady, attuned, structured space where:
patterns become clear
emotions have room to move
your story makes new sense
your nervous system can soften
you can meet yourself with honesty and compassion
I work with individuals and partners who are ready for meaningful change and who value a grounded, emotionally attuned, evidence-informed process. If we work together, we move at a pace that honors both depth and safety — with clarity around goals, structure, and next steps.
Ready for What’s Next?
If you’re feeling the pull toward deeper work — whether it’s clarity, healing, or a shift you can’t yet name — we can explore whether an intensive is the right fit for you. There’s no pressure and no commitment. Just an honest conversation about what you’re needing and what might support you best.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to be certain.
You only have to be willing to take the next step and see whether this container is right for you.
Book a consultation, and we’ll talk through your goals, questions, and the structure of the work so you can decide with clarity and confidence.
