One of the facets of a holistically healthy life is the ability to love ourselves unconditionally. But that takes a great deal of undoing. Our work together will be woven through with engaging in loving care for yourself and unearthing what blocks you from it, including systems of oppression, racism, supremacy, religious conditioning, abuse and trauma history, family of origin, and positionality.

02 — Trauma Recovery

My primary focus in working with trauma survivors is resourcing and healing. Resourcing is scaffolding appropriate and healthy support services and systems to help you engage in deep healing work of your trauma and collateral symptoms.

03 — Attachment Healing

Secure attachment is the bedrock of safety and love. Our work will focus on attachment and how it emerges in your nervous system, behaviors, relationships, and systems.

04 — Healthy Relationships

One of the primary reasons folks seek out therapy services is to enhance and heal relationships with themselves and others. We will examine your current and past relationships for patterns and help heal relational wounds. We will also focus on how to develop and sustain healthy relationships with yourself and others throughout the therapy process.
